About the Honda Council of Sales Leadership
Honda Corporation recognizes excellence in sales and customer service with its Council of Sales Leadership Awards. This recognition is not only based on the number of new Honda and Certified Pre-Owned Honda auto sales by the Honda sales consultant. The ease of customer's car-buying experience is an essential factor in determining which Honda sales consultants earn a Honda Council of Leadership status.
Honda sales consultants must maintain a higher than average customer satisfaction index to be eligible for a Honda Council of Sales Leadership award. This index is based on responses from customer surveys conducted by Honda after delivery of the vehicle sold. These surveys reflect the customer's perception of the overall car-buying experience.
Bill Kenny - Honda Council of Sales Leadership
Bill became a member of the Honda Council of Sales Leadership when he achieved Silver level in 2006 - his first calendar year with Crown Honda in Greensboro, North Carolina.
