Bill spent nearly 17 years at Carolina Camera Center before the 60-year-old camera store closed in February 2005. Because of the void left by the services lost when Carolina Camera Center closed, Bill launched a photographic consulting business called Triad Photo Services.

Although Bill found an immediate market for his consulting services, he missed the rapport and day-to-day interaction he enjoyed with the customers at Carolina Camera Center. In October 2005, Bill joined the sales team at the Honda dealership owned by Crown Automotive, also known as Crown Honda in Greensboro. Here Bill applies his skills for matching people with the best camera products for their needs to car sales.

The automotive business was a natural transition for Bill, who learned to love cars while working with his father at a Greensboro Exxon station back in the 1980s. Bill also has a keen interest in watching cars go really fast in circles making left turns (aka NASCAR).

Bill chose Honda because of the quality, fuel efficiency, and most of all - value - of the Honda automobiles. Honda has a model suited for everyone at a reasonable price with a high cool factor.

Take I-40 EAST to Greensboro. After you pass Gallimore Dairy Road, the road splits. Follow the split to the right to stay on I-40. The road loops to the left after the split. Take US 421 SOUTH to Winston-Salem. then merge onto I-40 EAST to Greensboro at Exit 228. After you pass Gallimore Dairy Road, the road splits. Follow the split to the right to stay on I-40. Take I-40 WEST/I-85 SOUTH to Greensboro. When you get to eastern side of Greensboro, I-40 and I-85 will split. Look for the big sign with the arrows identifying the split. Go straight at the split to stay on I-40. After several miles, you will see a sign for Wendover Avenue. As you exit, stay to the right and turn right at the Wendover Avenue stoplight. Crown Honda of Greensboro is about a mile and a half on the right just past Norwalk Street.

FROM NORTH OF GREENSBORO

Danville, VA
Take US-29 South to Greensboro and exit at Wendover Avenue/US 220 North. Merge right onto to East Wendover Avenue heading Westbound. After about a mile and a half you will crossover Elm Street and East Wendover turns into West Wendover. Go approximately five more miles and Crown Honda is on the left shortly past the Clifton Road stoplight.

Martinsville, VA
Take US 220 SOUTH, which eventually becomes Thomas Burton Highway, which becomes NC 68 SOUTH to Greensboro. When you reach Greensboro, merge onto I-40 EAST. After you pass Gallimore Dairy Road, the road splits. Follow the split to the right to stay on I-40. The road loops to the left after the split. After you pass Guilford College Road, you will reach a pair of Wendover Avenue exits. Take the second Wendover Avenue exit. Stay in right lane and turn right at the Wendover Avenue stoplight. FROM SOUTH OF GREENSBORO

Asheboro, Rockingham
Take US 220 NORTH to Greensboro. Continue north until you get to I-40. Take I-40 WEST towards Winston-Salem. After about 4 1/2 miles Take the Wendover Avenue exit to the right. Turn right at the Wendover Avenue stoplight. Crown Honda of Greensboro is about a mile and a half on the right just past Norwalk Street.

Charlotte
Take I-85 North to Greensboro, then take Exit 120-A to merge onto I-40 WEST. Take the Wendover Avenue exit and go Eastbound on West Wendover Avenue. Go approximately 2 1/2 to 3 miles. Crown Honda of Greensboro is about a mile and a half on the right just past Norwalk Street.
